Niello Jewelry offers a 1 year use warranty against workmanship and material defects. Natural wear and tear is not covered as well as neglectful or abusive care of jewelry. It does not cover lost items, scratches caused by normal wear and tear (like a bent ring), improper use or storage of your product.

Customer agrees to follow the care instructions listed below, as 18k Gold, 925 Silver and White Rhodium plated pieces are delicate jewelry items. 

• Remove rings when washing hands or using hand sanitizer.
• Avoid your plated jewelry coming into contact with perfume or perfumed lotions. The perfume could react with the plating and cause it to wear off.
• Avoid direct contact with water at all (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, perfume, detergent and lotions. Exposing plated jewelry to water will cause the plating to wear off eventually.
• Store away in a closed box to extend the integrity of your jewelry. To clean the jewelry wipe lightly your plated piece with a damp microfiber cloth to remove surface dirt or dust. Be sure it is completely dry before storing the jewelry again.
